Penpal Project : Taiwan x Israel Education Collaboration

TXI Center and EON Center help Taipei City government and Israel Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei to execute Penpal Project which connect more than 20 Taiwan and Israel schools ranging from elementary to high schools to study together with education technology. This Penpal Project not only brings in education cooperation between both sides, but also let students build up friendship.

台灣以色列投資合作中心與頤恩萬國教育中心協助台北市政府及駐台北以色列文化經濟辦事處執行台以筆友計畫。該筆友計畫將雙邊從國小到高中各20幾所學校利用教育科技共學，不僅達到台以教育合作，更讓雙邊學生從小建立互動與友誼。

Website: TXI Partners and National Kaoshiung University formed 1st AVR+ School in Taiwan, which will provide training courses, international field practice for students, jobs referral for graduated students and incubation for startups. TXI Partners and TXI Center will bring in Israel resources and other global resources into this project for Kaoshiung city.

國立高雄大學、TXI Partners 弈恩智匯今天簽署MOU合作備忘錄，成立全台大學第1所「AVR+ School」，將於9月正式開設學程專班，培育AR擴增實境、VR虛擬實境體感科技人才，學成可投入建築、製造、防災、能源等領域產業鏈的數位應用升級。

高雄大學校長王學亮與TXI Partners董事長林榮恩，代表雙方簽署「AVR+ School」合作備忘錄，由經濟部工業局電子資訊組副組長顏鳳旗、高市經發局副局長高鎮遠、駐台北以色列經濟文化辦事處代表Asher Yarden游亞旭、台灣中油集團處長黃三泰、日月光半導體資深副總周光春出席見證。

馬英九總統接見「臺灣．以色列教育與創新合作論壇」以色列代表團，除歡迎訪賓遠道來華，並盼持續促進雙方合作與交流。 ……. 訪賓一行由以色列「李奧貝克教育中心」（Leo Baeck Education Center）執行長費斯勒（Dani Fesler）及副執行長杜伯里（Eran Dubovi）率領，外交部次長高振群、康寧大學董事長鈕廷莊及以色列「EON萬國教育中心」創辦人林榮恩伉儷陪同，前來總統府晉見總統，國家安全會議諮詢委員楊念祖也在座。

The AVR+ Ecosystem includes: (A) Forming AVR+ Talents Pool through AVR training programs, (B) Forming AVR+ Business Alliance to create and incubate more AVR solutions, (C) Using TXI Accelerators for more AVR+ innovations for global market, (D) Setting up AVR+ R&D Alliance in different fields, (E) Forming Integrator of H/W and S/W for AVR solutions to leverage the H/W strength of Taiwan.

TXI AVR Center 正式揭幕， 由台以投資合作中心（TXI Center）出資，引入以色列生態系再結合美商AVR相關各大廠，共同合作進行 VR／AR 的推廣、教育、與創新孵化平台，於 2018 年 10 月 23 日，正式開始營運，特別邀請經濟部工業局楊志清副局長、台北市柯文哲市長、台以投資合作中心創辦人林榮恩、EON Reality Pte Ltd 董事長 Michael Yap 共同主持開幕活動。
